Inclined Screw Feeder
A convenient method to elevate product from ground level to the filling hopper, with a lower gate for cleaning purposes. The operator will fill the feeder hopper at waist height with product, which will be elevated to the filling hopper of a packaging machine. The filling hopper levels will be controlled by the level sensor. An internal agitator can be fitted for poorly flowing products.

Horizontal Screw Feeder
Stainless steel screw feeder suitable for multiple products. This unit is mounted to a platform. The operator will fill the feeder hopper with product, which will be fed to the filling hopper of a packaging machine. The filling hopper levels will be controlled by the level sensor. An internal agitator can be fitted for poorly flowing products.
This unit is user friendly for easy cleaning between product changeovers -no tools required for cleaning.

Swivel Bucket Elevator
Elevator conveyor with swivel buckets and two horizontal sections. Overlapping wide nylon injection moulded buckets, polyethylene wear strips for chain, a torque limiter (clutch) to prevent damage to bucket and chain in the event of a jam, geared electric motor, stop start with overload protection.
